How Wildflower Cases Blossomed

Wildflower Cases is a women owned and operated iPhone accessories company based in Los Angeles, California. The exclusive, limited edition fashion iPhone accessories are designed by founder Michelle Carlson and her daughters, Devon and Sydney Carlson.
Wildflower represents girls living passionately, freely, and independently: able to grow anywhere and driven to succeed.
Once a passion project
What became a globally known brand began as Michelle's hobby. While looking for fashionable iPhone cases for her daughters, she realized cute, stylish cases were hard to find, so she started making her own by hand.
Inspired by materials she had used for her daughters' denim shorts, Michelle made the first cases for Devon and Sydney. Their friends loved them immediately, and soon Michelle was making extras for anyone who wanted one.
It all started with a selfie
The project turned into a real business after a chance encounter with Miley Cyrus at a Los Angeles restaurant. Miley noticed Devon's phone case, loved it, and encouraged the family to start selling them online.
After Miley shared the case, questions started pouring in. Devon and Sydney stayed up building a website, Michelle kept making cases, and Wildflower Cases began to bloom.
Our journey ahead
From two handmade phone cases, Wildflower grew into a millennial fashion accessories and social media brand with worldwide reach. The brand continues forward with limited edition designs, collaborations, and a family-run spirit at the center of everything.
